Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. oil, 4 c. flour and 1 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the margarine and sugars, then add eggs and oil. Now mix in remaining ingredients. Chill dough overnight.
Make into small balls and put on greased cookie sheet.
Press down with sugared fork.
Bake at 325Β° about 10 minutes or until edges lightly brown.
