Sugar Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, softened, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and continue mixing.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix until well blended.
Roll and cut out shapes.
