Lay out a sheet of wax paper.
Cover with brown sugar.
Batter both sides of bacon.
Lay out flat in an iron skillet.
Put oven at 350Β°.
Cook in skillet in the oven for 20 minutes.
When done, lay out flat on another piece of wax paper until cool.
Can cook eggs in drippings.
