Sue's Rolls
Sue'S Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 6 c. flour, sifted and 2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt the first 3 ingredients over low heat and add 1 teaspoon salt.
When stove mixture is cool, add eggs.
Beat them; add yeast.
Pour over flour and mix well.
Set aside until doubled in bulk, 2 or 3 hours.
This mixture will keep in the refrigerator up to a week if mashed down every day.
