Stupid Pie
Stupid Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. nut pieces (pecans), 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 20 ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Mix nuts, crackers, sugar and vanilla.
Then add to egg whites; pour into greased pie pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
The longer this pie sets, the better it gets.
