Stupendous Spuds is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (13.75 oz.) box betty crocker potato buds, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. kraft cream cheese, 1 tsp. garlic salt and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare 12 servings instant potatoes according to package directions.
Stir in sour cream, softened cream cheese and garlic salt.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top.
Bake 1 hour in preheated 375Β° oven. Serves 10.
Excellent with baked ham or as main course for meatless meal.
