Stuffing Spinach Balls
Stuffing Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkgs frozen spinach, cooked, well-drained, and chopped, 1 med. onion, chopped fine, 2 c. seasoned stuffing, 3/4 c. margarine, softened and 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook onion with spinach.
Drain well.
Chop spinach.
Combine all ingredients.
Chill several hours.
Roll into balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 10 -15 minutes at 350Β° or until golden brown. Or roll into ball and freeze, or bake balls and freeze.
Makes 50 balls.
Do not thaw to bake or heat.
