Stuffing Casserole
Stuffing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 c. chicken flavored stuffing, 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1 (8 oz.) can chili beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine water and margarine; stir until margarine is melted.
Add stuffing mix.
Spoon half of stuffing into an 8-inch baking dish.
Save remaining stuffing.
Cook meat; drain fat.
Add beans, tomatoes and spices.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon over stuffing in dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, saving half of cheese.
Top with remaining stuffing and cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream, if desired.
