Stuffing Balls
Stuffing Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. mashed potatoes (no seasoning), 6 c. cubed bread (day old), 2 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery leaves and 1 c. chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, bread cubes, onion, celery leaves, parsley, butter, salt and pepper.
In small bowl, mix eggs and flour; stir in milk.
Pour over potato mixture and mix well. Shape in fist size balls.
Place in large cake pan 8 1/2 x 13-inch.
Spray pan with Pam.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
