Stuffing Balls
Stuffing Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf stuffing bread, cubed, 1 c. butter/oleo, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 small onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook onion and celery in butter 5 minutes.
Add beaten eggs, 1/2 can soup and bread cubes to onion mixture.
Shape into balls. Place in a greased glass dish.
Mix other 1/2 can soup with 1 can water.
Pour over balls.
Cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour at 300Β°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
