Stuffed Zucchini

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and cook in microwave until tender; scrape inside of zucchini into a bowl.
Add chopped onion (to taste), butter, salt, pepper and Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs. Mix together and stuff back in zucchini hulls.
Put cheese slice on top and bake at 350° to 400° until cheese melts, 15 to 20 minutes.
