Stuffed Tomatoes
Stuffed Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 fresh tomatoes (2 inch diameter), 1 can drained tuna or chicken, 1/4 c. celery, finely diced, 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped and 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In 1 quart bowl mix tuna or chicken with celery, green onion, garlic salt, salt, pepper, salad elegance and mayonnaise until mixture is stiff.
Cut each tomato vertically into eighths.
Put 2 Tbsp. tuna or chicken mixture in middle of each tomato.
Top with dried parsley flakes and/or additional salad elegance.
Serve immediately.
