Stuffed Tomatoes
Stuffed Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large firm tomatoes, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. heavy cream and 2 c. cooked white crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Slice tops off tomatoes and set aside.
Scoop out tomatoes and turn empty cases upside down to drain.
Mix mayo, lemon and cream. Stir in crabmeat and pepper. Fill tomato cases with crabmeat mixture and replace tops.
Chill before serving.
Serves 4.
