Stuffed Tomatoes

Cut out centers of tomatoes.
Turn tomatoes upside down on paper towel to drain.
Put good tomato centers in bowl with celery, salt, pepper, onions and enough bread to soak up moisture.
Fill drained tomatoes.
Sprinkle sugar on shell when filled if baking (if not, sprinkle in stuffing) and butter on top.
Put tomatoes on pan of water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
