Stuffed Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sliced round steak, salt and pepper to season, 1 onion, sliced, 1 c. steak sauce and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wipe steak with damp cloth.

Season.

Salt and pepper. Slice onion over 1/2 of meat (folded).

Spread sauce and fold meat together.

Sprinkle with flour on both sides.

Beat meat on both sides until onions are beaten well. Brown on each side in butter.

Place in baking dish/pan.

Make gravy and pour over meat.

Bake slowly for 1 hour.
