Stuffed Squash
Stuffed Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing (in blue bag), 1 c. apples, chopped and peeled, 1/2 c. raisins, 1 c. nuts and 1 1/2 c. celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large bowl prepare Pepperidge Farm stuffing according to directions.
You may reduce the amount of butter though.
Add remaining ingredients.
Halve a butternut squash lengthwise.
Carve out center and spoon stuffing in.
Place squash in pan of water while baking.
Bake for 1 hour or so at 350Β°.
This is very good for Thanksgiving.
