Stuffed Squash
Stuffed Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium squash, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs, beaten, salt and pepper to taste and 1 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut off each end of squash; boil whole until tender.
After cooled, cut squash lengthwise, scoop out inside and save.
Saute onion in butter until tender; mix together with all remaining ingredients, except squash shells.
Put mixture back into squash shells.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
