Stuffed Shrimp
Stuffed Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. raw jumbo shrimp, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. melted butter, 1 c. bread crumbs or 2 slices bread and 1 lb. crabmeat, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Clean and devein shrimp; slit down side of shrimp 3/4 way through, spread out butterfly fashion. Saute onion in small amount butter. Combine bread crumbs, crabmeat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sauteed onion. Mix.
Divide stuffing among shrimp; fold.
Place stuffing side down on greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter. Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 2 to 3.
