Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) box shells, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Parboil shells per directions.
Chop garlic and onions finely. In blender or food processor, blend crackers to make crumbs. Beat eggs.
Add all ingredients together.
Drain shells.
Fill with cheese mixture.
Put down in single layer on top of 1/2 jar of sauce in bottom of dish.
Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1/2 hour.
