Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 box large shells, 1 1/2 lb. italian sausage or ground beef, 8 oz. cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, drained, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 c. romano or parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook shells as instructed on box.
After cooking, chill.
Mix together sausage, cottage cheese, lemon juice, Romano cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff shells with mixture. Top with tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Swiss cheese and oregano.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350Β° in a baking dish.
