Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells, 32 oz. ricotta cheese, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Prepare pasta as directed on package, cooking only 9 minutes; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
Set aside.
Mix together cheeses, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley.
Fill cooked shells with cheese mixture.
Cover bottom of baking dish with some of spaghetti sauce.
Arrange filled shells in single layer in baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over shells and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
