Mix cheeses, egg and spices together until blended.
Cook shells in 2 1/2 quarts salted water.
Drain.
Fill shells with cheese filling.
Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce.
Place layer of stuffed shells, cover with remaining sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with more cheese.
