Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 jumbo shells, 2 c. ricotta cheese, 2 c. mozzarella cheese, 1 egg and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook shells according to package directions.
Drain.
Combine cheeses, egg, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan.
Place shells open side down.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
