Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 50 minutes. Made with (12 oz.) box jumbo shells, . ground beef, eggs, slightly beaten, c. seasoned bread crumbs and c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook noodles according to package.
Drain.
Cool in a single layer on wax paper.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Mozzarella cheese, onions, oregano, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons meat. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Put shells with the open side down in a single layer.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes 36 shells.
