Stuffed Shells
Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large shells, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, 1/2 lb. cottage cheese (small curd), drained and 3 garlic cloves, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil pasta until rinse and drain.
The sausage and break up into small pieces.
Mix with the drained spinach, drained cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice, grated cheese, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir in beaten egg.
Stuff the shells with this mix place in a greased baking dish. Top with tomato sauce. Bake at
350Β° until all is hot and the cheese melted, about 20 minutes.
