Stuffed Rolls
Stuffed Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 can chopped olives, drained, 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 2 tbsp. green chilies, diced (more if desired) and 1/4 tsp. celery salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix all of the ingredients together.
Slice rolls and remove some of the center from the rolls to make room for the filling (save and freeze for you need bread crumbs). Fill each approximately tablespoons filling (more or less, depending rolls).
Wrap individually in foil and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
Then place on cookie and heat thoroughly in 300Β° oven until hot through (about to 30 minutes, depending on whether or not they are frozen).
Serve with salad and dessert for a light meal. Leftovers can be reheated.
