Stuffed Puffs
Stuffed Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. water, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Medium saucepan, combine water, butter and salt. Slowly bring to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; beat in flour.
Return low heat; continue beating until mixture forms a and leaves side of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is shiny.
Drop by teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in 400Β°
20 minutes or until puffs are golden brown. Cool to 7 dozen puffs.
(The puffs can be frozen and taken from freezer an hour before serving. Fill before serving to avoid soggy puffs.) Good.
