Stuffed Potatoes
Stuffed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 baked potatoes (hot from oven), 1 c. plain yogurt, 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Carefully cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp. Reserve skin shells.
Beat potatoes together with yogurt, cheese, butter, milk, onion, seasonings and optional bacon (an electric beater works well).
Stuff the skin shells with the potato mixture and reheat in a 400Β° oven for 15 minutes.
