Stuffed Potatoes
Stuffed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 potatoes, baked, 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake potatoes.
Cut potatoes in half; scoop out inside of potatoes in mixing bowl.
Add onion, bacon, margarine, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into potato shells and top with cheese.
Put back in oven and melt cheese.
Makes 5 servings.
