Slit chops to bone; salt and pepper chops and brown on both sides.
Saute onion, celery and parsley until tender-crisp in butter.
Moisten bread cubes with milk.
Add onion mixture and 1/2 teaspoon of sage.
Mix well and stuff each chop.
Mix soup and milk; pour over stuffed pork chops and bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
