Stuffed Pork Chops
Stuffed Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 medium pork chops, 1 box stove top stuffing, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. water and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash pork chops.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Lay pork chops in bottom of pan.
Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.
Put stuffing on top of pork chops.
Heat can of mushroom soup and water together.
Bring to boil.
Pour soup over pork chops and stuffing.
Cover with foil.
Cook about 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
Use 13 x 9-inch pan.
