Stuffed Pineapple
Stuffed Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 5 slices white bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter, add sugar, beat in one egg at a time.
Stir pineapple into eggs and sugar.
Fold in bread cubes making sure to cover all.
Pour into 1 qt. casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. If bread gets too brown before finished baking, cover until done.
