Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium to large peppers, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/2 small onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes and 1 c. broken dried bread chunks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Boil peppers until tender (firm, but tender), then drain. Brown hamburger, seasoned with chili and set aside.
Saute onion and bread chunks in a small amount of leftover hamburger drippings.
Add stewed tomatoes and hamburger, mixing thoroughly. Fill peppers with mixture.
Nice served with jello on the side with a vegetable.
