Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 green peppers, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Remove stalk ends and seeds.
Parboil gently in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and mix well; cook 1 minute.
Add milk and stir until boiling.
Combine this sauce with salt, pepper, ketchup, meat and well drained corn.
Fill the peppers and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place into a greased ovenproof dish with stock or water.
Bake in moderate oven until tender.
