Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 oz. lean ground beef, 1/2 lb. cooked mushrooms, minced, 6 green peppers (medium), 8 oz. tomato juice and dehydrated onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all ingredients except tomato juice and peppers in a bowl. You may wish to add a little water to make mixture easier to handle.
Divide into 6 parts.
Wash peppers and remove tops and seeds.
Soften by dropping into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove and fill with meat mixture and place in shallow baking dish.
Pour tomato juice over peppers and bake until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.
