Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with c. cooked rice, (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, butter, onions and peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt butter in a skillet and brown onions and ground beef. Cut tops out of peppers and clean.
Mix rice, ground beef mixture and spaghetti sauce and stuff into peppers.
Top with cheese.
Put some sauce in bottom of pan and place peppers in dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in each pepper (optional).
Cover with foil and cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
