Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium bell peppers, 2 c. cooked rice, 1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground beef, 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash the peppers; remove centers, cores and seeds.
Cook in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Mix the cooked rice, meat, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce and seasonings in a bowl.
Stuff cooked peppers with the rice mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
In a shallow dish, put the rest of the tomato sauce.
Place the stuffed peppers in the sauce and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Spoon baking sauce over each pepper and serve while hot.
