Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 c. ground beef, 1 c. canned tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut stems; remove seeds from peppers.
Parboil peppers for 2 minutes and drop into cold water.
Combine tomatoes and meat with enough crumbs to make a thick stuffing.
Heat stuffing in frying pan with oil and butter.
Season to taste.
Fill peppers and put into pan just large enough to hold them upright.
Pour in 1 cup hot water and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
