Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Remove tops and seeds of peppers.
Parboil in salted water about 5 minutes; drain.
Brown beef and cook onion in butter until tender; stir in
1/2 can soup and remaining ingredients.
Spoon meat mixture into peppers.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Heat remaining soup; pour over peppers before serving.
