Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large green peppers, 1 lb. sausage or hamburger (choice), 1/2 c. rice, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheez whiz and 1 medium onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Scoop insides from peppers.
Parboil the peppers for 5 to 10 minutes; set aside.
Brown hamburger; drain grease.
Chop onion and saute in butter.
Prepare rice by directions on box.
Mix together the hamburger, onion, rice and Cheez Whiz.
(Keep about 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz out to use later.)
