Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small green peppers, 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. cooked rice, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Halve large pepper or cut off tops of small.
Remove seeds and membrane.
Precook peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Combine ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Combine onion, egg and 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
Mix thoroughly. Stuff pepper and stand upright in a small casserole.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Baste peppers with sauce mixture 2 to 3 times while cooking.
