Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, minced, 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut off top of each pepper.
Remove seeds.
Cover peppers in boiling, salt water and cook 5 minutes.
Drain.
Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat; stir to crumble meat.
Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs, and stir well.
Stuff peppers with beef mixture. Place in shallow baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
