Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 2 stalks celery, sliced, 1/2 onion, diced, 1/3 c. rice, cooked and drained and 1 can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 275Β°.
Brown and drain hamburger and onions. Prepare rice.
Combine all ingredients, but green peppers.
Boil salted water for peppers.
Boil peppers for 5 minutes. Immediately dunk them in cold water.
Place peppers in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Pour other mixture over them.
Bake 20 minutes.
