Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 lb. hamburger, 2 c. cooked rice, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut peppers in halves lengthwise.
Remove seeds and wash. Combine hamburger, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Pile lightly into pepper halves and place in large baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce on top of each pepper.
Cover tightly and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
