Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 2 c. white rice, garlic powder, seasoning salt and 1 large onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown hamburger and sausage.
Drain grease.
Cook 2 cups rice in water until done.
Put hamburger, sausage, rice, seasoning salt, garlic powder, diced onion, diced tomatoes and bell pepper pieces in pan and blend and cook until done.
Fill whole bell peppers and freeze.
Pull one at a time from freezer.
Cook in microwave 5 minutes.
