Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cooked macaroni, 6 medium green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 1/4 c. tomato soup or 1 can and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook macaroni in 2 quarts boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt. Blanch peppers 3 to 5 minutes after removing seeds.
Combine meat and soup, etc.
Fill the peppers with mixture and replace cap of the pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Top each pepper with a little of the soup and bake 10 minutes or until tender.
Use only 1 cup of the soup in the pepper filling mixture.
Save the rest for the final 10 minutes of the baking.
