Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 green peppers, 1 lb. ground beef (uncooked), 2 c. cooked rice, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
Remove seeds and wash; parboil for 5 minutes.
Combine beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 of sauce.
Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over each pepper.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
