Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, browned, 1 onion, chopped, 2 c. diced tomatoes, 1 c. mushrooms and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Simmer hamburger, onion, tomatoes and mushrooms 15 to 30 minutes with bay leaf and garlic bulb.
Add mushroom soup and rice.
Simmer until rice is done, covered, 10 to 15 minutes.
Stuff blanched green peppers.
Add 1/4 cup water to bottom of casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, 45 minutes.
Uncover and top with shredded cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
