Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large green peppers, 1 lb. ground chuck, 2 c. cooked rice, 1/2 c. chopped onions and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
Mix beef, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
Put into pepper halves; top with cheese.
Arrange in shallow baking dish.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
