Stuffed Peppers
Stuffed Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 bell peppers, 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 can tomatoes (1 lb. size), 1 chopped onion and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut tops off peppers and remove stem from tops and then chop up the tops.
Parboil peppers for 5 minutes. Brown meat. Add chopped pepper tops and onion. Add tomatoes. Add Worcestershire sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Thicken with bread crumbs. Stuff peppers and put in covered dish with some water. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
